She has experiences working with marginalised communities, domestic violence survivors, substance abusers, and psychiatric patients. She incorporates humour and creativity in uncovering the stories we tell ourselves. Melanie focuses on creating a safe space for her clients to begin their healing journey. She is trained under Choice Theory and Reality Therapy as well as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing.
